Foster Parent Association

The Stanislaus County Foster Parents Association is a non-profit organization with a 501 (3c) status that has been in existence for more than 20 years. We are primarily comprised of foster parents, emancipated foster youth, and volunteers.

The mission of our organization is to strengthen foster families through providing advocacy, education, support, and legislative information to assure that all of our foster parents can provide the best homes for our foster youth. Since 1987 we have had the opportunity to serve over 400 children per event ranging in ages from 0 to18 years old. We are proud to say that we have been able to host Easter parties providing Easter baskets filled with candy and toys, back to school parties providing each child with a backpack filled with school supplies, and Christmas parties providing each with a Christmas gift. We provide dinner and/or lunch at each of these events for the foster children and foster families.

Without your help, we cannot continue to provide the quality of service that our foster children and families have come to expect, love and appreciate.
